The School has an exciting opportunity for a HR Manager on a fixed term basis for one year to provide a professional HR service to the whole School, ensuring fair, transparent, and consistent people management solutions are practiced, supporting the School Strategy and Values.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of efficient HR systems, processes, and policies for all staff across the School. They will manage and develop the HR and Payroll Advisor and will be responsible for all employee-related matters, including recruitment and selection, managing and administering employment-related matters, and providing advice and guidance for staff to ensure compliance with necessary policy and legislation.
This role requires strong coaching and influencing skills to drive employee engagement and facilitate change, with interaction across all levels and leading several exciting projects requiring HR contribution and input.

Holidays: 37 days paid annual leave per annum pro-rata, inclusive of all public holidays, including 9 or 10 days’ annual leave pro-rata for the School’s Christmas shutdown period.
