Job Description
1. Lead and mentor a team of internal employees responsible for payroll, pay & benefits, and HR operations, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
2. Oversee the performance, development, and engagement of team members to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
3. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for our outsourced payroll service provider, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved promptly
