We’re looking for someone with: A postgraduate degree (PhD preferred) in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Hands-on experience in optical and electro-optical characterization of photonic components.
Proficiency in CAD design software (e.g., IPKISS, NAZCA, GDSPY) and photonic simulation tools (e.g., Ansys Lumerical).
A strong understanding of low-loss optical coupling techniques and a proven track record of technical leadership.
Desirable skills include experience in cryogenic measurement setups, packaging design for fiber-to-chip coupling, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python for automation and data analysis.
