If you are calm under pressure, adept at providing solutions in order to facilitate optimum workflow and timely delivery, and looking to join a great team working together to produce work that matters to people, we'd love to hear from you Responsibilities The Resource Manager has a key function within the agency, facilitating the allocation of work and ensuring project delivery schedules are adhered to. Working with Project Managers and the creative and medical writing teams, you will allocate and schedule all work through the creative department. Your responsibilities will include highlighting and flagging both pinch points and under-utilisation of creative resource to ensure the best possible creative and commercial outcomes. You will advise on shortages or gaps in resource to ensure that support from the wider Publicis Health group/freelance support can be engaged with sufficient time to maintain seamless delivery. You will lead weekly resource meetings for your agency and/ or specific client accounts where needed. Working closely with the Project Managers to understand resource requirements - and with Creative and Scientific leads to ensure we have the right skillsets assigned to each project - is absolutely essential in this role. You will manage the creative and medical writing trafficking of all projects through the agency (including pitches) and ensure adherence to agency processes throughout. You will also help with Strategy resourcing, but the priority focus of your role is creative planning and traffic. The Resource Manager will also work across the agencies within Publicis Health to enable further agency collaboration to ensure we are fully utilising the talent in house, and to facilitate in the management of larger PH accounts. You will identify opportunities for internal resource sharing before looking for freelance support. Qualifications - Previous experience as a Resource/Traffic Manager, or in a similar role, within a design or advertising agency - Able to work with teams to establish and implement new processes and ways of working in cross-agency environments - Familiar with the diverse skillsets within a creative department and understand the importance of applying this knowledge when scheduling - Thorough knowledge of the internal workings of an agency and the processes of implementation, and be able to make suggestions for improvements to the way we work - A good understanding of digital work processes so that digital projects can be effectively managed and integrated seamlessly into the agency's integrated offering Additional Information Digitas Health London has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
