My client is a leading provider of prestige car parts. They are committed to delivering exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers. They are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Parts Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
Job Description
As a Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the parts department, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Your role will involve managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and leading a team to achieve departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage the parts department, including staff and daily operations.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of parts.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary parts.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
* Monitor and analyse sales and inventory data to optimize department performance.
* Implement and maintain efficient processes and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within a parts role within an independent or main dealer.
* Supervisory Experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
