This role is pivotal in building and implementing a new FP&A toolkit to support forecasting, business planning, and performance reporting across the organisation. Initially offered as a 6-month contract, this opportunity offers a competitive day rate ranging from £500-£575 (Outside IR35). The role is based in Central London, with a hybrid working model. The Role This dynamic role centres on building and implementing financial models and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with commercial leaders to develop actionable business plans aligned with strategic objectives. Quoting & Bidding Models: Design and refine quoting and bidding models to ensure competitive, profitable client proposals. KPI Development: Lead the creation of a revised KPI framework to measure and monitor performance across revenue streams. Resource Allocation Framework: Establish methodologies for optimising consultant resource allocation based on commercial value and priorities. Forecasting & Planning: Build dynamic financial models for scenario planning, budgeting, and forecasting, offering actionable insights. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance FP&A processes, tools, and systems for improved accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Your Profile The ideal Interim FP&A Manager will demonstrate: Advanced Excel modelling skills, with a proven history of developing complex financial models. Strong business partnering abilities, capable of influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders. A solid understanding of FP&A principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data. Experience in professional services or resource-based business models is highly desirable.
