This role provides essential technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of kitchens and restaurants, aligning operations with curriculum needs and health & safety legislation. Key Responsibilities: Support sourcing and management of catering equipment and consumables. Provide training to staff on new equipment across campuses. Ensure kitchen equipment is safe and coordinate repairs and servicing. Maintain a comprehensive database of equipment and assets, performing regular inventory checks. Monitor health, hygiene, and safety standards, managing HACCP records and risk assessments. Contribute to reporting, documentation, and effective resource management. Essential Criteria: Level 3 qualification (or higher) in any discipline. GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent). At least one year of relevant customer service or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Desirable Criteria: Experience working with apprentices, trainees, or students.
