What you will do You will be promoting and selling Qolsys, Visonic, DSC and other security services and solutions. The initial task will be to build strong relationships with our existing business partners both distributors and installation companies. You will need to analyse their business to determine further their potential growth and align business for both, commercially and strategically. Identify new verticals and partners and have an effective pipeline to contribute to the team’s overall sales target. We will review prior month sales performance and objectives and implement a strategy for the month ahead. You will need to understand our existing partners whilst learning about our prospective partners needs and requirements, confirming our compatibility and to ensure that we understand the outcomes needed for both. This is a home-based role with travel across the South East region. How you will do it Reporting to the Country Leader UK&I, you'll collaborate with security installers, electrical contractors and other verticals in the South East region. Your role will involve: Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and presenting technical information at board level. Utilizing Salesforce to manage leads and drive sales performance. Focusing on pipeline growth and conversion improvement to meet sales targets. Identifying market opportunities and gaps for our Intrusion product offerings Supporting events and aligning with other JCI brands to provide comprehensive solutions to customers. What we look for Essential Strong proven sales background and a hunger to sell and smash targets. You need to be ambitious, driven, tenacious and be able work on your own initiative. To learn and translate that information to the customer in a way they understand and see the need for it to fit into the company portfolio offering. The ability to build strong business relationships will be highly beneficial and will push to hit achievable targets but also over exceed. Preferred Security Industry experience.
