Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee fire & security, perimeter security, and civils projects in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading major projects with a focus on enterprise solutions and utilities, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
1. Plan, execute, and finalise projects within strict deadlines and budget constraints
2. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
3. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
4. Lead the project team in the development and implementation of a project plan
5. Ensure resource availability and allocation
6. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
7. Report and escalate to management as needed
8. Manage the relationship with the client, as well as all stakeholders
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
10. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
12. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Qualifications
1. Proven working experience in project management
2. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
3. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
4. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
6. Experience with fire & security, perimeter security, and civils projects
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
8. Strong familiarity with enterprise solutions and utilities projects
Day-to-day
1. Overseeing projects from inception to completion
2. Coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are met
3. Conducting regular project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
4. Managing project budgets and timelines
5. Resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle
6. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction
