Join a dynamic and growth-oriented team in the FMCG sector. As a National Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key accounts and driving growth in the Irish and UK grocery markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for the food and drink industry and a proven track record in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow all grocery accounts in the Irish market and High Street Discounters in the UK.
2. Negotiate contracts, oversee commercial planning, and ensure execution excellence.
3. Build and maintain successful relationships with retail partners.
4. Develop and execute business plans aligned with category vision and strategy.
5. Own the retailer P&L, driving value, volume, and profitability metrics.
6. Lead product launches, marketing activations, and promotional strategies.
7. Analyse market performance, providing insights on competitor activity and opportunities.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
10. Participate in strategic projects, contributing to continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: Account management in FMCG, with a focus on food and drink sectors.
2. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
3. Knowledge: Familiarity with P&L management and JBP cycles.
4. Mindset: Growth-oriented, customer-focused, and solutions-driven.
5. Flexibility: Willingness to travel to Ireland as needed for business requirements.
