We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Business Support Administrator to cover maternity leave. Due to the nature of the role, office working will be required 4-5 days a week.
Responsibilities of the Business Support Administrator:
1. Answering phone calls
2. Ensuring boardrooms are maintained
3. Ordering office supplies
4. Arranging and attending meetings
5. Working alongside colleagues and tenants
6. Completing facilities management tasks to ensure efficient office running
Requirements of the Business Support Administrator:
1. Previous experience working within a similar environment, including a customer facing role
2. Ability to work on own initiative
