Role Overview:
As the Business Development Manager at InterSend Ltd, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential eCommerce fulfilment clients, and developing strategies to achieve company growth targets. Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and implementation of our growth plan by generating sales leads through prospecting and optimising the marketing plan.
* Identify potential markets and industry trends to drive the company's expansion of its 3PL warehousing and eCommerce fulfilment business.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and trading partners.
Key Skills & Competencies:
* Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
* Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Industry experience in the Logistics, eCommerce Fulfilment or Direct Mail industries is a plus.
