We are seeking a motivated, conscientious, and experienced People Professional to work within our fast-paced and supportive Operational People Team. This roles is pivotal in supporting the provision of a high-quality People service that is focussed on supporting staff, colleagues and managers across the organisation to achieve outcomes in line with the vision and values of the Trust. Main duties of the job You will provide specialist advice in relation to employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, organisational change, and Medical Staffing issues. You will provide supervision to more junior members of the People team and advise on complex employee relations matters including Case Management support. You will have opportunity to support the implementation of national strategies and developments and the Trust's People and Organisational Development Strategy.
