About the Role:
This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, handling both executive support and some facilities responsibilities. You will oversee diary management, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Duties:
* Managing the founder’s diary, meetings, and travel logistics.
* Organizing travel, including flights, hotels, visas, and transfers.
* Handling correspondence, calls, and daily briefings.
* Overseeing office supplies, facilities, and company vehicle logistics.
* Managing contracts for office utilities, IT systems, and telecoms.
* Coordinating company events, team travel, and celebrations.
* Supporting PR activities and maintaining press archives.
Essential Qualities:
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and digital scheduling tools.
* Strong multitasking skills with a composed approach under pressure.
* Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
* Experience in travel coordination and financial awareness.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
Non-Essential Qualities:
* Experience with PR coordination and office event planning.
* Familiarity with corporate IT and telecom management.
