Dougie Mac are currently looking to recruit 2 Team Leaders (Clinical) for our developing Young Adult Service. The successful candidates will share our passion in providing excellent, holistic and person-centred care to young adults and support to their families.

Our focus is on holistic, person centred, needs led care that promotes independence and is delivered through our offer of day opportunities, respite and social and leisure events.
The successful candidates will provide effective clinical leadership to our team of nurses and care support workers, ensuring outstanding, safe & effective care delivery.
About You
* Are you a registered nurse with 5+ years post qualifying experience?
* Do you have experience of leading / managing a team?
* Are you enthusiastic and highly motivated, with the ability to deliver excellent care & support to young adults, many of whom have complex communication, sensory, physical, and emotional needs?
* Are you able to provide effective clinical leadership ensuring outstanding, safe and effective care delivery?
* Do you have decisive and effective decision making skills?
* Are you able to act as a positive role model to support, supervise and challenge as required?
* Do you have the desire to provide truly holistic care to young adults living with a life limiting condition or who have multiple disabilities / complex health needs?
* Would you like to be part of our friendly, supportive team of 21 (including nurses and care support workers) delivering high standards of specialist care?

Salary: £45,000 per annum
This role will require a DBS Check which will be processed and paid for by the hospice. A driving licence is required for this role.
