Think again Here at Wokingham, we have two inpatient wards, caring for adults with a wide variety sub-acute medical and post-surgical conditions. Our patient cohort is referred from both acute hospital and community settings. Without immediate access to acute investigations, we use multiple 'Point of Care Testing' systems to support the care of our patients. Our diverse range of staff are skilled in appropriate management of patients supporting them to remain in the community setting, whilst also escalating as appropriate to ensure their safety.
