Overview
Recovery North West are looking for a team member to join us in the control room. The Control Room Operator plays a crucial role in monitoring and managing operations within a control room environment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating job dispatch and addressing any issues that may arise promptly.
Duties
* Monitor control room operations, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Coordinate job dispatch.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to relay information and updates.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately.
* Utilise phone etiquette when interacting with clients, providing excellent customer service.
* Maintain a clean and organised control room environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
* Previous experience in a control room or similar operational environment is preferred.
* Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with relevant software applications is essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication skills.
