Job Overview
Daimler Buses UK is seeking a skilled Commercial Sales Process Leader to manage the daily sales process, working closely with Area Sales Managers, Workshop and Finance Departments to ensure efficient vehicle processing and optimal customer experience.
The ideal candidate will have business sales administration experience and proven expertise in sales process management. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle and customer files for audits, producing company and market reports with supporting analysis, and deputising for the Senior Manager Commercial Sales in their absence.
About the Role

Responsibilities
* Manage the sales process, liaising with customers, internal and external stakeholders, and the Used Vehicle department.
* Maintain accurate vehicle and customer files for audits.
* Produce company and market reports with supporting analysis.
* Deputise for the Senior Manager Commercial Sales in their absence.
Requirements
* Business Sales Administration experience is essential.
* Proven experience in sales process management is required.
* Experience within the Automotive industry is desirable.
* Customer Service experience is desirable.
* Proficient in general IT applications, specifically Microsoft Office.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with internal and external contacts at all levels.
