Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept:
As our Accounts Payable Clerk, your main focus will be on ensuring that all supplier accounts are reconciled and payments are made on time, while keeping our suppliers happy and informed. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Ensuring that all GRNs are processed by site admin promptly
* Issuing purchase orders as required
* Matching supplier invoices with purchase orders
* Processing non-purchase order invoices & expenses
* Reconciliation of supplier ledgers
* Setting up new supplier ledgers (post checks)
* Managing invoice queries and ad hoc admin tasks
* Liaise with Suppliers
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Previous Accounts Payable Experience
* Experience managing high-volume ledgers
* The ability to use your initiative and work with minimal supervision
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Ms. Excel and Sage 200
* A strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
