My Client in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Service Co-ordinator to join their friendly team to co-ordinate the Service Administration activity of products under warranty. Supporting and co-ordinating engineers, ordering and organising parts. This can be a hybrid role, ideally based 3 days in the office. The hours of work are 8.30 to 5pm Monday to Friday. Main Accountabilities: Coordinate Internal Service Repair Activity Coordinate On-Site Service Activity Coordinate Service Delivery Administration Service Inventory Planning Issue Purchase Orders to vendors Responsibilities: Issue paperwork to customers, Service Engineers and Subcontractors. Own complete repair service admin process through to billing Liaise with Customers, Operations and Service Centres in other Regions regarding the repair. Ensuring the customer owned product is transferred in a timely manner and returned to the customer upon completion. Liaise with Technical Support and Service Planners to identify and secure the required parts for each repair ahead of the product being returned. Communicate cost of parts and timing of non-warranty repairs to customers (via written quotation) and subsequent invoicing. Liaise with Service Engineers and Subcontractors to obtain updates on Customer Repairs and pro-actively provide feedback to customers Ensure the repaired customer owned products are returned safely and timely to customers, alongside a Repair Report Complete weekly and monthly reports detailing Customer Internal Service Repair Activities, highlighting revenue generated and repairs completed against KPI as well as time spent on each service repair. Complete weekly and monthly reports on Product service repair activity, Subcontractors on- site costs etc. We are ideally looking for candidates with: Excellent knowledge of Excel, with the ability to create and use formulas to validate, analyse, and summarise data intelligently and efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: ability to effectively communicate to internal and external customers, peers, and senior management with professional confidence. Effective critical thinking and analytical skills Proficient knowledge of computer systems with the ability to navigate the ERP system with ease and speed Well organised and able to prioritise tasks to accomplish assignments within parameters and deadlines This is a lovely job working with great people in a very nice office.
