Job Description

Credit Manager

* Managing various credit teams, including utilising SQL to analyse team performance and reporting this to senior management.
* Approving deals
* Setting pricing terms
* Assigning exposure limits and improving overall credit processes.
* Review and, where necessary, challenge policy changes.

The Successful Applicant

* A minimum of 5 years experience leading underwriting/credit decision teams, ideally within a fintech environment.
* Able to work independently while also ensuring team success, balancing your own responsibilities with the management of your teams.
* Strong communicator with the ability to drive team performance and manage complex, demanding situations.
* Proficient in Excel and SQL, with some knowledge of Python being a plus.
