We’re seeking a Customer Service Co-Ordinator for a fast-paced company to efficiently manage preparation of products to dispatch to both internal teams and customers. Key Responsibilities: Professionally fulfill the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring a high standard of service Log, prepare, and coordinate requests with precision Monitor stock levels and liaise with the department for stock replenishment Create delivery notes using the company’s internal accounts system Manage couriers to arrange sample deliveries within the UK and internationally Coordinate air freight for international dispatches Keep the business updated on new product arrivals Carry out any additional tasks relevant to stock management Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, actively promoting all company policies and procedures Skills & Experience Required: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong literacy, numeracy, and analytical skills Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments and with external partners Determination to see tasks through to completion to a high standard Valid UK driving license Special Considerations: Manual handling and working at low temperatures Occasional lone working with risk assessment If you are a tenacious, service-driven professional ready to make a difference in a dynamic environment, apply today Job Type: Full-time Pay: £23000-£26,000.00 per year
