Housekeeper Circle Decontamination - Unit E, Stockport 29 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £24,990.00 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Circle Health Group Decontamination is responsible for the provision of sterile equipment and instrumentation for use in surgical and interventional procedures in hospitals across the Southeast of England and Glasgow. The unit operates 24 hours a day/7 days a week with rotating shifts covering days and nights as required. We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department. This is a part- time role for 29 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas. Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees. Replenish linen and consumables. Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes Comply with all relevant mandatory training Applicants should meet the following criteria: Competency in literacy and numeracy Good Communication skills Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence. Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
