We need you to help us stay ahead of the game and keep pushing forward Your Team As part of our dynamic and fast-paced social media team, you’ll play an integral role in shaping the online presence of boohooMAN. We’re a tight-knit crew with 2 social media executives and 2 social media assistants, managing almost 5 million followers across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and YouTube. In the last 12 months, we’ve worked on global campaigns featuring major talent such as Gunna, Trippie Redd, and DDG, and we’re just getting started. Your Role As a Social Media Assistant at boohooMAN, you will be a key part of our social media team, supporting with the creation and management of content across multiple platforms. Your role will involve assisting with the execution of campaigns, monitoring engagement, and helping to create the hype around our latest collections. You’ll be involved in staying ahead of social trends, engaging with our community, and assisting in the development of strategies to increase brand awareness and follower growth. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Executives and the wider team to ensure content is fresh, exciting, and resonates with our audience. Your role will require creativity, proactivity, and a keen understanding of how to use social media to build community and drive brand loyalty. What We Want to See We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about social media, has a keen eye for trends, and is excited about working in a fast-paced, creative environment. Ideally, you’ll have: Some experience in social media management or content creation (internships or previous roles are a plus). A solid understanding of Instagram, TikTok, X, and other social platforms. A creative mind, ready to assist with the development of fresh, on-brand content. The ability to think on your feet and react quickly to emerging trends. A good eye for design and content creation tools (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc. - experience with video content is a plus). Strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with online communities. You’ll be asked to complete a task that shows your creativity and passion for social media, which you will then be invited into our MAN office in Manchester to present to our Senior Influencer Manager and Head of Creative.
