What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who will:
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills status (QTLS).
• Have prior experience teaching or working within a Secondary School setting.
• Possess a strong understanding of the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
• Exhibit enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
• Be passionate about working with young people.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment in line with safeguarding procedures.
• Employ innovative and engaging teaching methods.
