We are seeking a talented Customer Service Excellence Lead to join our team at TFG BRANDS (LONDON) LIMITED. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving customer service excellence and delivering exceptional results across multiple locations.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
