You must be able to deliver exciting and engaging activities and be a good communicator, able to lead the class, work flexibly and be able to manage and work together with our teaching assistants. You must be able to teach within our MLD, SLD or Complex needs classes, which will be discussed further at interview. You will have skills and understanding of a range of teaching and learning strategies to make a positive impact on the children’s progress, considering their learning styles, communication and sensory needs.
