Sales Office Administrator
This person will be joining a very well-established team that leads the UK market in their product range. We offer market-leading products to our customers and therefore enjoy repeat business both in the UK and overseas. You will efficiently respond to incoming enquiries and order processing, whilst building a rapport with customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Taking enquiries via phone or emails.
2. Production of quotations and supporting data sheets.
3. Converting enquiries to sales orders.
4. Good knowledge of order processing (Sage).
5. Logging all enquiries from order to invoice.
6. Working in a department with specialised products and different teams.
Skills and Experience
1. Past sales experience would be an advantage.
2. Some engineering or mechanical knowledge would be an advantage but not necessary.
3. Enjoy the challenge of winning orders with good presentation.
4. Excellent communication skills and PC skills (Microsoft).
5. Able to learn and enjoy the products we offer.
