The post holder will be responsible for working on the front line in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Clinical Investigation Unit at Frimley Health. The post holder will be responsible for supporting the provision of a seamless service to patients and staff within the cardiology footprint. The post holder will provide a high-quality service to all customers both internal and external to the Trust ensuring reception support in outpatient areas are efficient, with all patients and visitors greeted in a friendly and polite manner.,
* To develop and maintain effective working relationships with all Trust staff including clinicians, nursing staff and Directorate administration staff to provide an accurate, efficient, professional and seamless service to patients and visitors.
* To welcome and check patients into the department as well as check patient details are correct and amend or update details on EPIC when necessary in accordance to standards set by Information Governance.
* To answer and deal with any queries face to face, via the telephone or via EPIC
* To liaise with external and internal patient transport
