We are looking for a Client Account Manager to manage our current excellent client relationships whilst also acquiring new clients to join the Parkingeye journey. As a Client Account Manager, you will work independently with both new and existing clients. For new clients, you’ll be tasked to prospect, win and onboard the clients, handing them over to our phenomenal account management team. For existing clients, you will establish strong relationships which will support the client and will exceed our contractual commitments. You will be responsible for the growth and renewal of our high-profile accounts.

Please note:
A clean valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business purposes and travelling and overnight stays will be required as part of the role.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Gain a detailed knowledge of the car park management system and understand how this product can be implemented to meet the requirements of the client.
2. Complete a variety of administrative tasks in connection with the onboarding/renewal of clients.
3. Liaise daily with your colleagues and update them on any developments in your work, ensuring a high level of team cooperation.
4. Prospect new clients using CRM and local knowledge.
5. Travel to attend client meetings; overnight stays may be required.
6. Compile proposals and contracts.
7. Co-ordinate the set-up of equipment installation and upsell improved services to potential and current clients.
8. Successfully launch a new site with a client by ensuring stakeholders on site are trained on how to use the system, communications have been issued, etc.
9. Manage the expectations of clients; when disruptions/issues occur during the service delivery process, it is imperative to work quickly with internal departments and the client to resolve the situation.
10. Handle escalated client queries over permits, appeals, and refunds by liaising with the relevant internal department.
11. Regular reviews with Line Management to review the stages of all sites being worked on to ensure the pipeline is progressing as required.
12. Work to deadlines and help to achieve weekly and monthly team sales targets.
13. Prepare and analyse reports for both senior management and clients.
Required Criteria:
1. Minimum 3 years experience working in account management.
2. Minimum 1 year experience working in new business sales.
3. Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
4. Experience of liaising with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
5. Experience in an administration support role.
6. Excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills.
7. Demonstrable achievement of sales targets.
8. Strong IT and written English language skills.
