Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Location: High-End Commercial Site (Static) in Central London
Salary: £44,000 - £47,000 + overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
About the Role:
Join a renowned FM company as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. This static position involves ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, meeting the high standards expected by our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pumps, and plumbing, chillers, AHU's.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical faults quickly and effectively.
* Monitor and maintain critical systems to ensure continuous operation and optimal performance.
* Work closely with site management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Complete and update service reports and maintenance logs accurately.
* Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the site.
* Liaise with contractors and vendors as needed to facilitate repairs and improvements.
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 in any mechanical discipline.
* Proven experience in building services maintenance, particularly in high-end or commercial environments.
