Job Summary:
Are you a results-driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our intermediary distribution team, primarily focused on pensions and investments. You will lead a team of seven office-based Account Managers, and be responsible for developing the team, building key adviser relationships and meeting business plan targets. Your efforts will contribute significantly to the success of our distribution team.
About the Role:
* Lead, develop and manage a telephony-based distribution team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Create a positive team culture in line with our Spirit of Royal London values
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key intermediary clients and stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Responsible for achieving agreed new business targets while ensuring full compliance with all regulatory and compliance standards.
About You:
* Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the financial services industry.
* You will have attained or can demonstrate working towards Diploma Level 4 qualifications specific to CII or LIBF or equivalent.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
