Job Description: We are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our on-site team at Psychiatreat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all accounting functions, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting our operations with clear and concise financial reporting. You will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth financial operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank accounts and financial statements. Process payroll and manage employee benefits administration. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Collaborate with department heads to prepare budgets and forecasts. Manage financial data entry and reporting systems. Oversee tax preparation and filing in coordination with external accountants. Analyze financial trends and provide insights to senior management. Assist with audits and financial planning. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency with accounting software (Gusto experience preferred). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of tax compliance and payroll procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
