Job Description
Enfield Centre of Excellence is seeking to recruit a learning and development training coordinator to be part of a diverse and vibrant team with a focus on supporting the development of the children and family's service workforce. The purpose of the role is to support and coordinate the children and family's workforce training activity with the help and under the direction of the Learning and Development Manager.
About You
You will need to be organised, with good communication skills and IT skills. You will be required to be a key point of contact for training enquiries. An interest in workforce development would be desirable.
You will be supported in this role with regular reflective supervision.
This position presents a unique opportunity to join an ambitious service in a key role that supports the Council to deliver high quality services to the children and family workforce.
