Your new role – Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Static role covering a portfolio of electrical maintenance work across a high-profile site in Birmingham.
Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of electrical and building services equipment.
General maintenance duties as and when required – emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
2. Any relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G 18th Edition or equivalent.
3. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

2. Pro-active in achieving the highest standard of operation – must be enthusiastic to deliver a good service to the Customer.
3. Ability to lead, motivate and direct a small team of technicians/operatives.
