Birkbeck, University of London, has an excellent opportunity for an Associate Lecturer for the following undergraduate modules:
1. Hate: on the power of the negative (Level 4)
15 hours
Teaching Tuesdays, 6-9pm 5 weeks from February – March 2025
2. Racism and Antisemitism (Level 6)
15 hours
Teaching Wednesdays, 6-9pm, 5 weeks from February – March 2025
3. The Self, Society and the State (Level 5)
30 hours
Teaching Wednesdays, 6-9pm, 10 weeks from April - July 2025
You will have excellent knowledge of sociology, psychosocial studies and social theory, with a particular focus on antisemitism, racism and hate. Plus, you should be qualified to the corresponding level of the award as required to teach (or demonstrate equivalent professional/industry level experience).
