Key Responsibilities
1. Administration of the EHSS document management system
2. Maintains databases and files electronic/hard copy records
3. Administer and develop the EHSS hub
4. Arrange EHSS training with internal and external providers
5. Arrange and manage appointments for Occupational Health & face-fit testing
6. Organise EHSS supplies e.g. First aid supplies, safety signs, etc.
7. Contribute to EHSS team projects and initiatives
8. Maintain shared email inbox and calendar
9. Arrange meetings and take notes/minutes as required
Key Requirements
1. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
2. Possesses excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
3. Demonstrates ability to solve complex problems and meet project goals in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
4. Displays excellent attention to detail with documentation and communications
5. Demonstrates excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
6. Able to handle confidential information and personal data responsibly
7. Fluency in English essential
8. Eligibility to work in the UK full time
9. Knowledge of UK Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
