SEN Teacher – Maidenhead

GSL Education is looking for an SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Maidenhead. This role is ideal for a passionate educator who is experienced in supporting students with special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
The Role:
Plan and deliver tailored lessons that support students with diverse learning needs.
Adapt teaching strategies to ensure accessibility and engagement for all learners.
Work closely with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment.
Use behaviour management techniques to maintain a structured and supportive classroom.
Track student progress and implement individualised learning plans (EHCPs).
What We’re Looking For:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
Experience teaching students with SEN, ASD, or SEMH in a school setting.
Strong differentiation and behaviour management skills.
A patient and adaptable approach to teaching.
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
