About the job:
We are looking for our next Strata Community Assistant to join our Gold Coast team. The successful candidate will work with an experienced team and consistently promote the company’s key values – Professionalism, Integrity, Respect and Trust.
You will be responsible for:
1. Assisting the Strata Community Manager with the day-to-day management of the portfolio
2. Providing support to our clients, which may be owners, onsite caretakers or committee members
3. Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform - agendas and minutes
4. High volume client interactions - emails and phone calls
5. Distribution of correspondence
6. Attending meetings, where required
7. Arranging quote requests and work orders for maintenance requests and compliance requirements
8. High volume electronic filing of records
9. Participation in internal and industry education programs
About you:
You will have the following skills and experience:
1. Previously worked in a fast-paced office environment
2. High level of computer skills, specifically with the Microsoft suite
3. Strong administrative skills
4. Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask
5. Excellent customer service skills
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills
7. High attention to detail
8. Motivation to learn and succeed
9. Positive attitude and personable
10. Prior experience in either the Strata or Property industries would be beneficial, but not essential
