The Company A large global business specialising in commercial construction is looking for a proactive go getter to join their busy customer service and sales order admin team. Please note you require your own transport due to the location - Westcott, HP18. (Approx. 10mile drive from Thame/Aylesbury/Bicester). The Role In this role you will support a territory of sales managers with providing quotes for customers and being a point of contact throughout the process, always delivering a first class service. Key duties include: Generating quotes from technical drawings - full training given, if needed. Liaising with Area Sales Manager regarding workload, pricing structures, etc. Proactive telephone follow-through of the project for information updates from contractors. Become and expert with a portfolio of products - full training given. Process orders and hand over to Customer Support Specialists team. About You We are looking for someone who is a solid administrator with a focus on customer service. The role would suit candidates who are either experienced administrators or those who are looking to move out of a sales or customer service role and have an enthusiasm to learn something new Customer service and admin orientated. Able to learn on the job (with training0 and retain product/system knowledge. Excellent telephone manner and able to take down information accurately and concisely. Computer literate. Attention to detail - thorough and precise. Able to work to deadlines. Package Basic salary £25-26k. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shutdown and the chance to 'bank’ extra holiday.
