A Dermalogica Business Account Manager is at the true heart of where these results happen in our business. Based on the shop floor with your team, you are responsible for encompassing our mission of empowering and educating all our customers to achieve their best skin possible. You will drive new business opportunities and encourage your team to think outside the box and help them excel.
The responsibilities of the Business Account Manager…. Could this be you?
* Guide customers through a journey, advising, listening, and connecting with them throughout every touchpoint to create a personalized experience.
* Set up every service as a skincare programme comprising both treatment and homecare to achieve goals, sharing treatment plans with customers.
* Drive retail growth month on month by motivating and supporting the team, exceeding location targets and KPIs.
* Organize in-store events, ensuring all activities and masterclasses are fully booked.
* Be a role model by performing all services to the highest standard and assist the District Sales & Education Manager with on-counter training.
* Comfortably work independently as this is a one-person counter.
* Follow grooming standards to embody the Dermalogica brand every day.
Do you have the below skills?
* Education equivalent to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy with Facial Electricals is essential.
* Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification, including Microneedling and Chemical Peels, is required. Dermalogica will fund this training if not already held.
* At least 2 years of management experience, ideally within a retail environment.
* An outgoing, creative thinker who can create theatre at the counter to inspire customers.
* A deep passion for skin health that inspires others.
