Purpose:
To establish Hollister and Dansac brands as the preferred choice, by the provision of Clinical Education that drives clinician satisfaction while helping to improve patient outcomes. The clinical education assets will support the Global Marketing Organisation (GMO) strategy towards Skin Health Leadership.
Primary Responsibility:
Identify, build and execute upon the clinical education strategy for the Ostomy product category in alignment with the annual marketing plan for GMO. Serve as the clinical expert for Dansac and Hollister, supporting country partnerships to ensure global alignment and continuity
Manage key clinical education programs and activities
* Create, manage and/or deliver customized educational programs for key customer groups (end users, nurses, channel partners, decision makers, and national health services) to enhance the strength of Hollister and Dansac as a business partner.
* Lead the creation and coordinate the delivery of differentiated and effective educational programs and materials that supports the sales and marketing objectives for both the Dansac and Hollister brands in Europe (e.g., Ostomy Care Confidential, Dansac Stoma Care Studios, Hollister Mobile Laboratory, Dansac Pop Up Studios, Coffee and Learn, Clinical Educational assets etc.)
* Serve as a key clinical representative on education and product development teams (e.g., Innovation Management Office, NPD, and Marketing).
* Manage clinical and product education programs for Hollister and Dansac associates (e.g., new associate education, national and regional sales and marketing meetings meetings).
* Sales & Commercial Excellence– support markets, ensuring clinical education tools and assets are executed
* Manage and leverage clinical relationships to support sales goals (e.g., poster development, white papers, presentations, clinical evidence, market and clinical evaluations).
* Support key initiatives as it relates to focused nursing/medical customer groups (e.g., Clinical Advisory Boards).
* Clinical KOL development – support local markets in the development of Clinical KOL’s
* Work collaboratively with local country partners to identify and develop educational tools and materials that meet customer needs based on local assessments of clinical/end user groups and market research
* Provide Global competitive analysis to improve and manage market intelligence (e.g., competitive marketing briefs, market intelligence).
* Travel with Sales and Marketing professionals to mentor and provide direct feedback within clinical focus to support sales associate development
* Lead differentiated modes of education in a virtual environment
Collaborate with critical functional areas within Hollister and Dansac
* Provide strategic input into yearly Annual Marketing Plan (AMP)
* Collaborate with GMO country partner to ensure alignment of clinical and marketing activities in local markets to ensure alignment globally
* Provide clinical input as it relates to the use of our products and positioning with key customer groups (i.e.: NPD)
* Collaborate with local partner Marketing Managers by providing clinical perspective and expertise to assist in development and growth of assigned business areas.
* Collaborate with Research & Development, Legal and Regulatory to provide clinical advice and input on the safe use and needs related to our products
* Participate on Veeva review meetings – providing clinical insights
* Participate in Integrated Evidence Plan Meetings – providing clinical feedback
* Interface directly with Sales professionals to provide clinical input and support sales objectives especially in key strategic accounts.
* Provide consultation to key Hollister departments (e.g., Quality Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access and Market Insights) around clinical decision-making, competitive differentiation, current trends, market needs, and product knowledge.
* Work collaboratively with service teams to achieve customer goals and enhance outcomes (i.e. Secure Start)
Manage clinical resources for Ostomy businesses
* Manage clinical resources with program and asset development
* Monitor performance of clinical programs/assets and optimize efficiencies as they assist in implementing future customer programs and educational initiatives.
* Manage personal administrative and budgetary responsibilities

* Continue personal education through conferences and courses to improve clinical knowledge and enhance understanding of current healthcare environment.
* Actively participate in key professional conferences and meetings (e.g., ECET, WCET, ASCN).
Essential Functions of the Role:

Work Experience Requirements:
* Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
* Qualified Stoma Care Certificate (i.e.: WOC, ET, Stoma Care Nurse, NSWOC)
Education Requirements:
* Registered Nurse
* WOC/ET/Stoma Therapy Nurse
* Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a nurse in acute care setting
* Recent clinical experience
* Experience in industry; marketing, sales and/or product management role (highly desirable)
* Experience in medical device marketplace
* Prior business experience (highly desirable)
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Teaching experience
* Fluent in English

* The anticipated base salary range for this position is £70,000 - £80,000, depending on experience or other legitimate business factors
