4. Oversee monthly management accounts, forecasting, and the annual budget cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful outputs.
5. Drive financial insight for transformational projects, supporting business cases and change initiatives with your expertise.

1. Deep sector knowledge and experience in regulated, not-for-profit environments.
2. Exceptional IT skills, with a strong grasp of financial systems, analytics, and modelling.
3. A forward-thinking mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to see both the big picture and the finer details.
4. Outstanding communication and influencing skills, with a track record of building relationships and driving change across remote teams.
5. A creative, strategic approach to problem-solving, comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering results even in challenging situations.
Why Join Us?
This role offers the freedom to think differently, challenge norms, and make a meaningful impact. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where your leadership will shape our financial strategy, support our residents, and contribute to the wider organisation’s success.
