Managing Files & DocumentsOpening, maintaining, and closing case files while preparing legal documents such as contracts, sale agreements, and title deeds.
Client & Third-Party CommunicationActing as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, and solicitors, keeping all parties informed.
Diary & Appointment ManagementScheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and ensuring transactions stay on schedule.
Post-Completion SupportAssisting with Land Registry registrations and ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and fees are paid.
General AdministrationHandling calls, emails, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
Billing AssistanceSupporting the preparation of invoices and liaising with the finance team.What We Are Looking For:ExperiencePrevious experience as a legal secretary or in an administrative role, ideally within conveyancing or property law.
Strong Organisation & Attention to DetailAbility to manage multiple tasks and ensure documents are accurate.
Excellent Communication SkillsConfident in liaising with clients, colleagues, and third parties both verbally and in writing.
IT ProficiencyComfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal case management systems.Desirable Skills & Qualifications:A legal secretarial qualification or previous experience in a conveyancing department.
