We are looking for a fully qualified and HCPC registered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our small but expanding team. All Things Therapy Centre offers psychological therapy and neurodiversity assessments to all ages. We have been steadily getting busier over the last year and want to begin offering neurodiversity assessments more frequently.
The successful candidate will be a HCPC registered Psychologist who has training and experience conducting neurodiversity assessments as part of an MDT. You must have ADOS-2 training. Further experience/training in ADI-R and DIVA are desirable but not essential.
You will be working alongside a Speech and Language Therapist and Psychotherapist to offer autism and ADHD assessments to all ages. This position is subcontracted and therefore you must be self-employed, hold your own insurance and remain registered with the HCPC. You will invoice All Things Therapy Centre for the time you offer.
The work hours will vary and can be directed by you, but we are hoping to offer one clinic day per week (dates agreed as a team). You would also need to contribute to report writing and signing for clients following an MDT discussion.
There is also opportunity to offer your private psychological therapy sessions to clients identified from assessments or other private clients. Your services will be advertised and promoted for you. You will have use of a well-equipped therapy room, CRM, online diary and text-reminder system. All invoices are arranged centrally.
This is an exciting time to join our team; although we are small, we are friendly and professional and are looking forward to finding the right candidate who fits with our ethos and wants to grow their own private practice in a welcoming environment. This job role will suit someone as supplementary employment or someone who wants to branch into private practice.
