Job Description As an AssistantFront of House Manager, you will support the Front of House Manager overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring the highest level of guests satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Responsible for supporting the Front of Houseteam in the running of the daily operations and looking after our gueststhroughout their stay. Handle any guest complaints in a timely manner and ensure that suitable solutions are reached to satisfaction of our guests. Assist the FHM with the design and implementation of new procedures, when necessary. Carry out Duty Management functions as required. Support the management with on-going On Job Training Programs within the department to meet Brand and Service Standards. Collaborate with the Front of HouseManager in creatinga team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department / Hotel. Qualifications Previous experiencein a similar positionwithin a hotelenvironment is essential. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to details. Ability to work effectively under pressure. Essential to be flexible with working hours, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
