To support staff in the issue, maintenance, recertification of Smartcards and all associated activities relating to other systems (i.e. TrakCare and Electronic Staff Records). The role includes dealing with staff enquiries face to face, on the phone and by email; therefore, the post holder will need to have an excellent customer service ethic.
The post holder will assist in supporting the Team with other areas of responsibility relating to monitoring the registration of professional clinical staff and supporting the e-Expenses system.
The post holder will require good Microsoft Office Excel and Word skills.
