About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring homeowners enjoy a seamless experience with their new property. You'll be the go-to person for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and liaising with internal teams and contractors to guarantee outstanding service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and empathetic support.
2. Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors, ensuring timely resolutions.
3. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
4. Supporting the wider Customer Care team in delivering a 5-star service experience.
