As an Administrator, you will provide essential support across departments, with a key focus on procurement and sourcing. You will collaborate with teams to manage resources, raise financial documents, and coordinate project schedules while building positive relationships throughout the business. Key Responsibilities: In this dynamic, part-time role, you will provide administrative support across various departments, focusing on procurement and team collaboration: Procurement & Sourcing: Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing project-related items, and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. ERP Management: Support Sales and Project Managers with raising quotes, updating the Forecasting Tracker, and managing project timelines using the ERP system. Project & Resource Support: Work with departments to manage timesheets, audits, and scheduling to ensure projects stay on track. Logistics & Coordination: Handle travel bookings, fleet tasks, and ensure jobs are completed on time by engineers. Assist with permits and job scheduling as required. People-Focused: Serve as a key point of contact across the business, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to keep the workflow efficient and engaging. Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. Requirements: Experience in business administration, procurement, and ERP systems (e.g., Visual, SAP). A people-oriented approach with the ability to engage and build relationships across teams. Proven experience in procurement, including sourcing and managing supplier relationships. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). An energetic, proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
