This is crucial for supporting our business functions in production and non-production areas alike. Additionally, you will assist the Infrastructure Manager by playing a key role in enhancing standards and service delivery across all locations, while also helping to maintain effective cost management. Ensure maintenance of building and site assets for compliance and reliability, including chillers, air handling units, and electrical distribution. Lead site compliance activities like insurance reviews, risk assessments, and internal/external audits, serving as Responsible Person in selected areas. Act as primary contact for contract management, providing Authorisation to Work, reviewing risk assessments, and overseeing permits. Conduct regular governance with key suppliers to ensure timely and complete service delivery. Monitor and report on service activities against KPIs and budgets. Liaise with stakeholders to align services with current and emerging business needs. Identify and implement innovative solutions within contractual limits, or recommend pursuing options outside them.
